Born and raised in south Lansing, and the middle of 5 children, I learned from an early age the value of family, hard work, and integrity. Having also resided in Haslett, East Lansing, West Lansing, (and New Jersey for 6 months!), I have strong ties and localized knowledge of the area. A lifelong fan and participant in sports, I owe my loyalties to the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Yankees, and Michigan Wolverines. And though I didn’t have the skill set of a Derek Jeter or Tom Brady (who does?), I learned how to work within a team while winning with determination and losing with grace and sportsmanship. I worked my way through college as a Marketing major at Michigan State University, taking the principles of business and applying life values to a successful career in retail sales and management. I have always taken a servant leader attitude in my approach to working with others, developing others’ talents by being a successful communicator and following up on details to ensure success. Using those principles has made a transition to real estate natural and seamless.

Having been in retail for 30 years, I can tell you that great customer service is not easy. I have been known to go to customer’s homes to deliver furniture or connect electronic items on my personal time. I put myself in the customer's position, asking “what would make me want to come back and shop here again?”. The same is true in real estate. For me, customer satisfaction does not mean you are relieved that the process is over at closing. Rather, my goal is that you feel I have put the care into it as if I were buying or selling for myself. At the closing table, I want nothing but joy. I will make sure that I have answered every question (day or night), taken care of any potential issues, connecting you with the best contractors or lenders, and have thoroughly communicated with you through every step of the processes. My goal is to eliminate any concern that you did not choose the right agent as well as the right brokerage to take care of you. That includes after-the-sale service as well. I want to be the only realtor you’ll ever need!
